We are delighted that suffragist Dame Millicent Fawcett has been voted the most influential woman of the past 100 years. Dame Millicent Fawcett led the peaceful campaign for women’s suffrage, a milestone which we also reached 100 years ago. Let’s remember the bravery of the suffragists and suffragettes as we continue to fight for gender equality today, ensuring workplace cultures are inclusive of both men and women and hoping for a day when all parliaments will comprise 50% women.
